Nor-Wes, Inc is an Aerial Application (Crop Dusting) business currently serving Louisiana, Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana. Our company was founded in 1950 in Shreveport, LA and is now headquartered in Natchitoches, LA. Over the past 70 plus years, we have operated a variety of aircraft and continually improved on aerial application technology and quality of aerial applications. We have recently added aircraft maintenance, management, and pilot training to our services through our strategic partnership with Chief Aviation Services, LLC. Nor-Wes, Inc’s primary focus is the safe, efficient, and timely applications of crop protection and plant health products.
We are a family-owned and operated business and as a farming family we understand how important our job is as we serve our amazing customers. Our President, Tommy Ellett, brings over 50 years of farm management and agronomy expertise to the table. Tommy’s son and our General Manager, Sam Ellett, has over 8,000 hours of flying experience and combines his aviation experience with his experience growing up on the farm to lead day to day operations. As a company our goal is to provide premium quality, outstanding service, and excellent communication while maintaining our vision of being the standard by which other aerial application companies are measured.
